Privacy

This site shows team-level results and ratings. It does not show player names, rosters, photos or contact details. You do not need an account to read anything; an account is needed only to report a game.

Cookies and advertising. If advertising is enabled, our advertising partners may use cookies or similar technology to show ads and measure them. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Where required, we show a consent notice before ads that use cookies.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser. See Google's privacy policy for details. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Email updates. If you subscribe, your email address is used only to send ranking updates and results from this site. It is stored securely with our database provider, never sold, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Please use an adult’s email address; we do not collect any information about children.

Accounts. To report a game you sign in with your email address using a one-time link that we email you; there is no password. We store your name, your email address, the games you report, and a record of the permission you gave (and when) so we can prevent spam, review reports and contact you about them. If you tick the optional box we also email you the weekly ranking updates; you can unsubscribe at any time from any of those emails. We do not collect any information about children and we never sell your details. To delete your account, write to us.

Membership and payments. Memberships are paid through Stripe, which handles your card details; we never see or store your card number. We keep your Stripe customer reference, your membership status, the dates of your billing period and the currency you pay in, so we can give you access and handle cancellations and refunds. To limit one account to two devices we also keep a random identifier for each browser you sign in on. We use a few cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to recognise your membership. Your account data is stored with our database provider, and the site is delivered through Cloudflare. We never sell your details.

Team information. Team names, scores and logos come from public tournament schedules. A club that wants information corrected or a logo removed can ask and we will act promptly. Email info@kslrankings.com.
