Terms of Service

Last updated October 29, 2026. These terms apply to your use of Hockey Ranker (the “site”), operated by PuckProfiles (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or joining, you agree to them.

1. What the site is

The site publishes team ratings, rankings, results and events for youth hockey. Ratings are statistical estimates made from public tournament results. They are our opinion, they can be wrong or out of date, and they are not an official ranking or a promise of how any team will play.

2. Accounts

You must be an adult to hold an account. Give us a real email address and keep your sign-in links private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. One account is for one person or household.

3. Membership, billing and cancellation

Price. $14.99 per month plus applicable taxes. Canadian customers are charged in Canadian dollars and U.S. customers in U.S. dollars. Any taxes that apply are added at checkout. The total and currency are shown on the secure checkout page before you pay.
Renewal. A membership renews every month, on the same day, until you cancel. You are charged at the start of each period.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the membership page (Manage or cancel membership). Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds. You can ask for a refund of your first payment within 5 days of paying it, by writing to info@kslrankings.com. This is available once per account. After 5 days, and for renewals and any later payment, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we choose to as a goodwill gesture. If you were charged by mistake, or you think you were charged after cancelling, write to info@kslrankings.com within 30 days and we will review it promptly.
Failed payments. If a payment fails we try your card again each day for 3 days, and your access continues during that time. If it still fails, your access stops until you update your card.
Price changes. If we change the price we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

4. Using the membership

A membership is for your own use on up to two devices. You agree not to share your sign-in, resell or republish member-only content, or copy the site’s data in bulk with automated tools. If you go over the device limit you can sign your other devices out from the membership page.

5. Reporting games

If you send us a game result, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We review reports and may reject or change them. Do not include names or contact details of players.

6. Our rights

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or abuses the site, and we will refund the unused part of the current period if we end a paid membership for a reason other than a breach. We may change, pause or retire features of the site. The site, its design and its ratings are ours or used with permission; these terms give you the right to use them for your own personal purposes only.

7. Limits of responsibility

The site is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it arose. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date above; if a change is significant we will email members. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
